The year may have just begun, but this has not stopped DJ Tunez from delivering some dynamic music releases. The world renowned Afrobeat DJ released a stimulating remix of Burna Boy’s popular song “Pree Me.” Tunez teamed up with Nigerian producer D3AN to smoothly transform the song from Afrobeats hit to EDM banger.
“Pree Me” was initially released on Burna’s album Redemption in 2016. The song which originally has a mellow undertone, now takes the listener on a EDM trip, blending two distinct musical genres. The repetitive instrumentals intertwines with Burna’s calm but sturdy tone, while the beat urges the listener to dance. The release comes shortly after Tunez’ collaboration with Ghanaian producer Juls, on “Oshey.” “Pree Me” remix is currently available on SoundCloud.
